The description of the docs you submitted and attached were quite misleading for the following reasons:
1. The Mercer Doc is not a Compensation Survey but only a Human Capital Update. Moreover, it is not the 2008 edition as requested.
2. The Macdonald Salary Survey was mainly for the UK and not the Middle East as you claimed. Moreover, it is a very old survey because it was released in 2006. Hence, data must have been gathered and based on 2005 figures.
I have been observing some of you guys who are trying to outsmart each other in posting docs. But I beginning to notice that some of you are misleading others by submitting docs/ figures that are either old, questionable facts/ data, and/ or legally questionable copy right.
I hope the moderators of this forum will try to improve and professionalize more this site.

Mr. Puneet had asked does anyone has Document on Mercer Sal. Surv. 08. I did not have one but what i had i forwarded. If it would help him it fine or he can ignore it. Also i had forwarde the Macdonald Salary Survey for info.
Mr. Puneet has not mentioned the reason he require or location of the survery he requires, wether it is Uk or Middle East.
Mis leading only it can be when someone as ask for very specific data and any of us modified the data and forwarded the same on the site.
For we should understand that this a very gud site, a knowldege centre. If any one forward some data on this site, if it is of no use either he can have gud knowldege, idea from the data forwarded or ignore it. Not to waste time on that.
Regarding the Facts & Figures i m not sure how 100% accuracy is there. The Data fowarded by various companies may be accurate as per their research.
Anyway still to say the Document is just for info.
Thanx - Anil
