Greetings.
can anyone suggest me how to get rid of stammering speech.i know a guy in my office who is a Business development manager,suffers a lot due to stammering problem.basically he is very good in knowledge and skills but due to his inability of delivering speech he could not shine more.
pls do reply..
(note:there is no evidence of birth disorder/ physically no problem with his speech organs)

the reason for stammering is very simple.what u need to do is... increase ur confidence level on the topic which ur going to speak. initial days u'l find it difficult u wont get the fluency..dont worry..keep trying again and again..ul suceed one day.
1st collect all the relevant information and make notes on that.then try to develop using thouse notes on ur own.while spaking be confident.
