Job Description
Ensure compliance with the various commercial, corporate, industrial, mercantile, labor and foreign exchange laws applicable to all the six FSSs in Hyderabad;
Assisting in preparation for convening of Board and Shareholder meetings for the six legal entities, issue of notices, preparation of agenda, presentations and supporting papers and

Desired Candidate Profile
Essential: Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Graduate in Law (or in final stages of completion); and must be keen to build a career in corporate affairs and legal specialization.
At least 1-3 years of post qualification experience in compliance and legal matters of which at least 1 year should be in a mid-size organization or preferably an MNC;
Must have awareness/ knowledge of all laws applicable to IT and ITES companies in India;
Prior experience in an IT or ITES company would be considered as a major plus point;
An up-to-date knowledge of all Indian commercial, corporate, industrial, labor and mercantile laws;
Ability to manage a variety of compliance and legal issues with varying levels of complexity to successful completion;
Excellent written, verbal analytical and communications skills;
