I am recently joine one German Based Solar Technology Industry as a HR, I Having the three years of past experience in manufacturing Industry, i am a well known HR professionalist in the arear of Appraisal System,Pay rolll, and Statutory compliance area. The company which I newly joined ia a new upcoming company started from fast 5 month in bangalore. it has 1 MD, 13 PHD scientist,5 GMs,21 managers and presently 35 technicians.
My problem is In this company I am only the head of the HR Dept,I have to set a all HR activity, from fast 1 month I have set up all HR activity, my problem now is yesterday my MD called me and asked me to conduct a Induction Training to all the employee in company by next week(till tody there is no Induction Trng was conducted) before 2nd Sept 2008.Now my problem is from my past experience I didn't get the experience related to Induction, I dont know also how to face a big group of Highly qualified people.I am a BA(ECO) & MSW(HRM) graduate.
Now all of u pls help me how I can start My Induction in big Conforence room, What are the home work I have to do, What are the messages I have to give to all staff,What is the objective of inducton, how it will help to staff and how I have to start and how I have to end
I u have any materials related to the same pls forword to me pls.
If I successfull in this It will agreat credit to me for my future appraisal also and my MD he is from germeny he inforemed me that If you built 100% HR Profession in our company within 6 month I will promote u as a HR manager

Our company is a real estate company around 100 employees are there. Employees' data base, leave management, payroll etc. all we are doing in excel.. Here salary processing is taking too much time because so many things are manual entry only. so management told me to buy a software and learn the things and next month onwards you use the same. which software is good for our requirement - to avoid manual entries other than attendance and deductions. kindly give your advice and suggestions.

I want to know about the basic salary, can be reduced to Rs.6500 to cut the cost by doing adjustments in my salary structure without my consent.
I am working in a private company, engages in manufacturing and selling animal feed. I have joined the joined 4-5 months back and my basic salary is Rs.25000/-, earlier they were deducting my PF at the base of Rs.6500/-, Now with the new guideline of the central govt the ceiling of basic salary Rs.15000/-
Has company do the changes in my salary structure without prior information to the employee.
What is the right way to approach to the management or the option to choose to leave the organization.

Can you please assist me how to prepare moot court file. As the case employee suffered permanent disability as result of injuries he was not in a position in doing specialized job. As a reason he was terminated from his job he was getting 30,000/ -pm . Employee filed petition claiming compensation.
