hello,
first i want to know that either u r going to implemnt some statistical tools, like analysis of variance , that will give good and authenticated results, collect the compentencies from the company , given in the job detail of supervisor, serial it and then try to prepare a questionnaire to find the answers. it might be possible , u will have to break ur objective in some parts.
