What will be minimum salary we can offer for HR professionals in Dubai in manufacturing industry as per present market scenario.
A. If He/she had qualified with MBA having 4 years experience in HR core functions in India what will be expected salary in dubai.
B. If he/she is fresher ?

I do have answers, figures and statistics for your question. But, prefer to wait till we see more answers and interactions from our members as I wish to see a combined effort from all members for this forum to reach the level of it's objective as a Self Help Group for the benefit of HR Professionals here in UAE and all over.

Salary for HR professional especially in manufacturing industry varies from company to company.
Some company may offer 6000/- to 7000/- dirhams per month. Some GOOD companies/ Reputed companies even pay 9000/- to 11000/- provided if the candidate has atleast one or two years of experience in UAE.
Presently all levels of salaries i.e., hr executive, sr. executive, hr co-ordinator, manager, senior manager etc., etc., have been increased.
For a fresher it comes to 4000/- to 6000/- dirhams per month.

Thank you Mr. Prabakaran for your inputs after extensive research and reading.

Let me include my input. MBA graduate with approximate experience of 4 to 5 years in HR core functions, good English language skills added with one or two additional language (if Arabic - excellent) in the armory can claim a good pay package in Dubai. I can say to the extent of 9K to 11k with additional facilities as applicable in the industry he will be working.

A fresher on visit visa may be forced to take up a job offer in the range of 4 to 6K. However, considering the job scenario, difficulty in switching between jobs for the first 2 years, nature of the company, increase in cost of living, and most importantly, lack of Training and Career Development opportunities, etc it will not be beneficial for any candidate to take up offers currently for a lower salary scale, especially without any additional benefits like Accommodation.

I wish to add that as in every other case, the giver does not get as much as the getter and you may get to see other job holders going away with heftier pay packets than the HRs.

I will try to include some mroe statistics here tomorrow.
