suppose if you are preparing salary statement in "SHEET1" then in sheet 2
you first prepare a salary slip format what information you want viz, basic, hra,cca etc.
and just link the particular cell with sheet 1.

Today I have joined.
In my office I am maintaining the salary statements in excel 2003. In my office during the Durga Puja Festival , an amount of Rs.2000.00 is paid to each grade IV employee(Peon) with the condition that the entire advance will be recovered in ten equal instalments @ Rs.200 from the salary .
I want to make it such a way that after recovering the advances @Rs. 200.00 per moth for 10 months , in the 11th monts this should be Zero automatically.
Kindly help me pleade.

For the information in our company around 200 people are working so presently they all are asking salary payslip but in our process it takes some long time for salary process days so its difficult to mange the employes so i would like to request to you ,if any one knows esay to create the payslip method plz discuss with me . i hope to yours for clear solution .
