It is very well-compiled and certainly useful for everyone. However, please note the following changes to be updated:
1) The maximum ceiling of payment of gratuity is enhanced to Rs. 10,00,000/- (w.e.f 31/05/2010).
2) The average wage for coverage of Workmen's Compensation is amended from Rs. 6,500 per month to Rs. 8,000/- (w.e.f 25/05/2010).

Dear Varun Thaker, your posting is very nice, but it is only a copy and paste because you haven't updated the amendments in various acts. For instance, the Payment of Gratuity ceiling limit is now ₹10,00,000, the ESI Act limit is ₹15,000, and the Bonus Act ceiling limit is ₹10,000, among others. Please make the necessary corrections and then circulate the updated information.
