Dear Friend
Yes indeed every employee irrespective of his status is eligible for bonus.
It is the resposibility of immediate employer to pay the bonus otherwise principle employer is ultimately hold liable for the same.

Hi,Principal employer is not resposible for bonus payment to contractor labour. it is for that contrctor employer to pay bonus to his employees.regdsanil kaushik

Yes, I do agree with Mr. Anil Kaushik that the Principal employer is not at all resposible for bonus payment to contractor labour. It is the solely liabilty and responsibilty of the Contractor to pay the bonus to his employees.
