Hi Guys..
Im an MBA in HR already, but this was from correspondence and i realize it doesnt create enough market value...so to give some value addition to my Career and my CV..now i want to do a Post Grad Certificate Program in HR from some good institute like IIT, IIM, XLRI, TISS, XISS or any other famous/good university..i have 3+ Yrs of experience...
If you have any idea, then do enlighten me.. :)

These institutes a well as IIMs keep organizing MDPs and certificate programs. But are you sure that would help? My personal opinion says that you will learn in due course with experience.
Still if you want to attend these programs, you can get the detailes on the respective institute's website.

I think IIM is also a best option for you. Go for their Excutive Management Course. I dont have the idea, how much experience they would be requiring. Just visit their website.

I have also done my Retail management course and am opting for HR...Even I have personally confirmed from many seniors n staff about this for myself....All of them suggested either XLRI or XISS as they are supposed to be the best institutes for HR Degree.....If u get any sort of confirmation then do tell me too ....:)
