Motivation is actually quite simple. They need not be elaborate exercises or events to motivate employees. In all my training schedules both in organizations where i have worked and seminar's / workshops, i have taught one simple principle of Motivation. " Motivation is only about a "Cup of Coffee"... the trick is to know when and where to have it....

First find out who all r not working dedicately,conduct some motivational seminars,ask them to participate,show them how important they r to organization,what they r contributing is how important to you.
"The cup that empties to receive,is still a cup".
