I was wondering why too much problems in an organisation?
Through CITEHR always question pertaining to conflicts or mismatch between boss and workers, manager and subordinates, boss and managers etc. ectc.
I think one should understand the basic structure of organisation. more over the fundamental dynamics in which the organisation is operating.
