I've recently joined a new company n i am only H.R there. I've to make Performance evaluation strategies department wise.Like what can be parameteres for evaluating sales ,Marketing, Accounts employees?
Can anybody send his or her company evaluation strategies? Plz help me out.....

This is tejesh, working as a HR in a Pharmaceutical org.
