i am doing a compensation benchmarking survey for manufacturing industry can any one give me some idea about the following questions :
1)
How are salary increments determined in your organization? What are the key parameters which are focused at for determining the same?
2)In respect to compensation and benefits, what are some of the innovative practices that have been introduced in mfg. organization?
3)
What are the practices followed in terms of short term and long term incentive.
