Hello,
Can any one help me in finding out a new or innovative method for taking the feedback from the employees regarding current Performance Appraisal System through questionnaire or any other way instead of questionnaire so that they didnít feel it as an additional activity and feel free to give honest and open comments and annotation.

FEEDBACK
First, let me tell you that there is no single perfect approach.
It varies with the individuals .
It is always useful to have two approaches.
1.The usual feedback through the documents .
2.An informal discussion
-individually.
-at a neutral place
-open ended questions
-let the employee talk
-nothing is recorded in front of the employee.
