I am working in pharma company and the procedure for performance appraisal is not at par with other management companies.
After appraisal our salary structure is revised and we get a performance linked bonus, depending the type of department in which one is working.
Kindly suggest that as an appraisee what I can do gain confidence in my appraiser, so as to get the maximum benfits.

You prepare a grid as suggested there by Priya and Narasimhan, and submit it to your boss for approval.
