Hi Friends,
After my college days, through campus i joined as a trainee in a Popular company. After one year training, now i am in professional period. Coming july only I am going to get comformation. Due to my personal problem i decided to resign my job. I resigned as due to my higher study.
In my appointment letter, They mentioned as my notice period is one month.
I resinged my job on end of last month. Now I am in notice period. But my senior officers telling that you have to show your college admission letter than only we can issue your relieving letter. Due to my economic situation, I cant go my higher study. But I got a offer from a another ltd company. In that company requires my reliving letter. My senoir peoples doubting about my new joining in another company. So the peoples making problem in my relieving letter. I have a hard copy of my relieving letter and proof of serving in notice period.
I am so confuising and fearing about my new joining.
Pls help me friends.

If you have al etter saying that you have resigned from your present Company and they have accepted your resignation-should be sufficciant for you to join another Comapny. sometimes many Company show this HITLER behavoiur. you need to make this point very clear to your new Comapny.

why did u lied to ur present employer.. whatever i understood from ur post is that ur reason for resigning is the New Job .. u shud have mention the reason of leaving as the New Job offer & since u r serving the notice period I dont think giving the false reason was advisable.. more over few organisation do background check also.. Just tell ur employer about ur new job offer & m sure they will relieve you..
A single truth is Much better than 1000 of lies.. so next time in whatever company u are always follow the road of truth.. all the best..
