Please guide me on one situation
If employee get absent for seven continuous day without notice or inform.
What should be the action company can take.
Company is trying to be in touch with the employee , already sent email for joining his office. but reply has not come from employee side.
Should company terminate that employee?
"Because as per company policy and written in appt letter if any one got
absent for continous five days without notice will get terminate"
Please give your suggestion and advice.

Dear Vandana
In this particular situation, if its mentioned in the appt letter....i think u should go ahead and with the help of your management or senior send that employee a warning letter first and in case there is no response from that employee....send him/her a termination letter. make sure that u send it to his address thru registerar and not courier...keep the receipt of the register as record in his personal file.
Also, find attached a sample of the warning case u dont have one. i dont have a termination letter format, if i get i will send it to you.
