I agree with you. A lot of processes within the Training and Development function are not streamlined properly due to lack of knowledge. I am sure these forms, formats and guidelines will definitely help millions in streamlining their processes.
Just a few words to say that your efforts are highly appreciated. I may not say it all the time individually to you but the knowledge you are sharing with all of us is mind boggling.

i was working in bombay for one year and left that company since i got job in gujrat.but i didnt claim for p.f amount.Now i have changed my job and presently working in HAL bangalore.what shall i do with my P.F amount(old employer i,e bombay),shall i withdraw or is there any possibility to transfer my account to my present employer.
if so send me the withdraw form or transfer form.
plz suggest me.

your contribution not only shows ur intention of helping & developing others but also the ways n means that a training program shud be looked at. Its such a robust mechanism, shud be supported by system driven policies of the company. Appreciate urefforts in gathering them and i wish ur company shud utilise ur skills n talent, as it is.
Thanks for posting for such informative stuff. In India, training is not taken so seriously but glad to see your effort and appreciate it. This has also motivated me to organize lot of HR stuff which i have with me but did not use much.

I would like to have your views on Training Bond which some companies follow. Some time they say that they have incorporated such bond to get commitment from participants to learn and take training seriously.
Can you suggest a better way of getting the results without bonds.
I feel at times bonds send a negative signal to participants and they refuse to goahead for trainings.

It is nice many of you post most useful information, links and PPTs. The problem is invariably, many files do not open. Either it is corrupt or not in the right format. Can we do something to get rid of this? If the site administrator takes little more care, it could be solved easily. Hope to get a positive change!

One observation is Training Evaluation Form (Daily) should be more measurable form and less subjective so that it would be easy to calculate the training effectiveness.
