'do you think apple juice could come out of it?' 'no' he laughed. 'what about grapefruit juice?' 'no' 'what would come out of it?' 'orange juice of course.' 'why? why when you squeeze an orange does orange juice come out?' he may have been getting a little exasperated with me at this point. 'well it s an orange and that s what s inside.' i nodded. 'let s assume that this orange isn t an orange but it s you. and someone squeezes you puts pressure on you says something you don t like offends you. and out of you comes anger hatred bitterness fear. why? the answer as our young friend has told us is because that s what s inside.' it s one of the great lessons of life. what comes out when life squeezes you? when someone hurts or offends you? if anger pain and fear come out of you it s because that s what s inside. it doesn t matter who does the squeezing: your mother your brother your children your boss the government. if someone says something about you that you don t like what comes out of you is what s inside. and what s inside is up to you it s your choice. when someone puts the pressure on you and out of you comes anything other than love it s because that s what you ve allowed to be inside. once you take away all those negative things you don t want in your life and replace them with love you ll find yourself living a highly functioning life." wayne dyer

If an employee terminated by the employer without any prior notice and force to relieve immediately with notice period salary. by forcing the employee to provide the resignation letter the employee holding senior manager position can the employer do this. any possibilities to claim or take legal action against the employer after a year.
Ex employer has given negative feedback on background check
Dear sir/madam i have 4 years of it experience. for my first employer i have worked for 1.6 years and for my 2nd employer i have worked for 2.6 years. recently i got a good opportunity in a mnc company. i joined there and they have done bgv check. in that my first employer has given negative feed back. because of these feedback i lost my job. when i approached my first employer he said you are supposed to work for 2 years in my company. you have worked here only for 1 plus year only. because of that i had given these kind of negative feedback he told. as per my knowledge i have not signed any bonds referring to that but one month before leaving the company he asked me to sign a bond for 3 years with 3 months notice period but i didn t sign for that. now i am in trouble. how can i proceed further with my next job. i am jobless right now. please help.

Can my employer terminate me based on third-party verification after 1 year?
I am working almost 1 year here. i m hard working client appreciation i got.hencei got good feedback during my appraisal. and i ve recently received appraisal letter . and now my project management has started to talk around me....threatening me indirectly that they ll terminate me soon and won t provide me releaving letter also. i m married woman and have family. my questions goes like below: q.after 1 year workafter receiving good ratingexcellent feedbackappraisal letter and hike related letter can my employer terminate me by giving the cause like that during my joining before 1 year ago i provided fake project experience? prior to my current organization i worked sufficient time in a very reputed global big brand... my project management is about to claim it that i ve cheated the organization and according to them they ve done deep thorough investigation about me and they ll come to me with strong evidence soon to terminate me out of the organization.
