RekhaAll concerned, We would like to amend our annual medical check up policy for our employees who have crossed 40 years of age.
As per the present policy, we are reimbursing Rs. 2000/- for our employees who have crossed 40 year of age, which is effective since the year 2002. Now since there is drastic change in the prices, we would like to revise this amount .
Would request our HR friends to let me know if there is any list of good hospitals/nursing homes in Delhi / NCR region where we can get different packs for Medical check ups and secondly what amount should we reimbursement to the employee concerned for annual medical check up who has crossed 40 years of age. I would request the members to share their current Policy / experience / knowledge on the same.

In stead of paying the amount directly to the employees, the company can tie-up with the reputed hospitals and enter with rate contract for the whole year for master health check-up. The company can make the payment directly to the hospital and receive the reports. Just the company has to issue letter to the hospital with the details of employee who is going for medical check up. Many reputed hospitals are offering discounted package rates for the corporates with 1 or 2 months credit facilities.
