While researching for an R&R project as a part of my Summer Project in a Leading NBFC, I came across a lot of R&R methods that companies across India and overseas use successfully to retain and motivate their employees.
I have made a laundry list of all the information that I could get on these R&R methods. I am attaching the file so that you all can use this ideas in your respective organisations.
