Working hours in the office are generally flexible for technical staff; the employee has to be present during the ‘CORE’ hours which are from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm to ensure that group meetings, discussions can be carried out. If the employee is not able to be present in the core hours, he/she needs to inform the management in advance.

Alternative work schedules can be initiated by employees and approved by management to meet business commitments only.

2. TRAINING:

The employees shall be on training for a period of 3(three) months from the date of joining and services will be confirmed in writing thereafter, if the same are found satisfactory by the management. During the period of training, the company reserves the right to terminate your services at any time without any notice or in lieu of notice and without assigning any reason therefore. On successful completion of training, you will be confirmed in the regular employment of the company.

An employee, on completion of one year of service can be sent for training abroad to gain exposure to different technologies.

In case the employee is given training abroad then the employee is expected to work on-site for periods of up to 3 months. During this time, they will be eligible for a daily allowance (DA) which will vary depending on the country.
The employee is expected to work in the company for at least 1 year upon return. If this commitment cannot be met for any reason the employee should notify the company before going for training. ATTI reserves the right to withhold the relieving letter in case this commitment is not kept.
However, the employee is not required to sign any legal bond.

Dear Sharmaji,
Gone through the HR Policies of the Hand Book. But I feel that leave prescribed is less. Generally in Pharma Sector 30 days leave(inclusive of Earned Leave/Sick Leave/Casual Leave) is suggested.

Shiva
