I m planing to start new placement service so I just need how placement services contact with other company for tie ups in between them for bussiness purpose ?in detail
like.......... they recruit some marketing person for contact with compay or they come to know through ad or through net or through any other way

First of all you have to make one company profile for your company in which you have to mention the detail introduction of your company as well as the verticals which you will handle in your company, e.g. if you want to be expert in IT or Automobile sector etc.
