Hye everyone,
can anyone tell me how i will start my recruitment project. that is only index, i done my summers in RKHS i.e. they are in the field of industrial catering, housekeeping, vending machines, laundry,
now i have to start my project, but not getting so much idea about how to start, and what points i suppose to write.
can anyone help me in this regards.

jst do a thing start ur project with a chapter on recruitment including
1.wht is recruitment
2.sources of recruitment
3.advantages and disadvantages.
4.global recruitment
then add a chapter of company profile and so on.....

Dear Pravin,
Since u have already done one project, the next one should not be all that difficult. Here are some tips to guide u:
At the outset, a project work has to begin with defining the objectives of study followed the methodology to be followed.
Now, define ur objectives. What is that u r trying to study? Pls find some lead question to help u.
1. examine the recruitment practice of a single company for all employee levels?
2. compare and contrast the recruitment practice of two or more companies in a single industry?
3. study the recruitment practices for different industries and compare them?
4. agonies and ecstasies of a recruiting professional?
5. Functionining of recruitment agencies?
6. Placement agencies - do they provide the right manpower?
7. Recruitment outsourcing - is it justified?
8. selection criteria used and so on.
First of all identify what u wish to study as recruitment is a big area.
Then identify the methodology, like primary and secondary data sources, sampling, scope of study, etc.
after this, u can begin ur first chapter,
1. introduction to recruitment
2. profile of company/industry
3. objectives and methodology
4. findings and analysis of study
5. conclusions and recommendations
appendix
bibliography

I have to sent my synopsis on "RECRUITMENT" at the earliest, probably in few days. Upon approval, i have to continue with Project report.
I think, should have 80 percentage knowledge / idea about the project to prepare Synopsis. Am i correct ??
I got some notes from a book, Author - Aswathappa. As well i have Questionnaire also(about 15 questions).
If you have any sample synopsis(or questionnaire) on recruitment, please forward it to me.

hello friends, am pursing my m.b.a as a part of it I should undergo an project for 3 months. And also i have got a chance to wipro bpo talent acquisition team. i want to do my project in recruitment process but my passion to do it with stress management for recruiters but tat topic got cancelled. and they want some good output from my side to implement in their recruitment process. and also permitted to do with sourcing.
