i do agree with you swati. During our last meeting lots and lots of decisions have been taken and nothing has been materialised. We only asked for the meetings and training sessions. But in reality nothing works out and made us to feed that this training and meetings are waste and nothing is going to change becos of that. No body have the feel of attending a meeting for the sake of meeting every body is coming and sit in nice place, sleep for 1 hr and then depart. Thats all.
Hey guys help me with good ideas which will help us to conduct the meetings interestingly. and increase the morale of the employees.

Hi all,
I am quite late in looking at this interesting topic. I concur with most of what Swati, Anu and others have stated.
Our organisation has monthly reviews called "corporate management team meeting" where the big wigs travel from long distances for couple of days' review. The boss convenes the meeting, keeps going on and on with his monologue, keeps walking in and out of the meeting room for extraneous matters etc. No worthwhile decisions implemented and all in all several others keep themselves glued on to their cahirs in office itself ever waiting to serve the meeting members!
