Hi Srikanth,

I accept with Manoj to an extent. You should be looking at doing a MBA, but that is a long term thing. For the current scenario, your qualification should not be a constraint for being in Admin department unless you are dealing with govt agencies like STPI or Customs, where certain amount of knowledge in the rules are required.
Coming to your point of not receiving calls from exployers, please check for the following:
1. When was the last time you updated your profile?? All recruiters would call candidaes only from the last 2 to 3 months. It is always good to edit your profile, just by adding a DOT or something, which will show you as a active job seeker and increase the chance of getting a call
2. Also look how you have posted your profile in Naukri. GO back and see if you have mentioned your Functional Expertise and roles in portals correctly or not.
3. Finally look at various jobs posted in the pob portals like Naukri, TimesJobs, Monster and all and see if the required skill in those postings are mentioned in your resume or not.
3. Also mention your contact details on top of the profile
4. Finally don't forget to pray for some luck as well... :-)

I hope these things will help in getting some calls to you. Do keep me posted.

Thanks,
Vamsi Krishna
