Please provide request exact information as per Labour Law (Dubai) on this below case of a friend of mine.
Employee joins on 6th |une 2007 ( 3 months probation period)
Basic : AED. 4000/-
HRA: AED 2000/-
Transportation: AED. 1000-
6th June 2008 is completes 1 year of Service. He doesn’t want to take a 30 days vacation, hence he wants to continue his work and get paid for those 30 days as well.
His management as these inputs;
- He has to take 30 days leave. Management cannot pay him 13 months salary for 12 months work Unless management wants his services such as 15 days only vacation etc
- He is not entitled for Leave salary as it is only 1st year. From second year he is entitled for leave salary.
