Dear Friend,

I feel that you are discussing things for a group that already knows the subject. I believe it could be simplified to help people who are not familiar with the subject grasp it as well.

Regards,

Dear Friend, I thorughly agree with anil’s thoughts. To make sure that it is understood by a lay person, the base has to be explained first. Vini

thank you for your feedback...and yes it was meant for an audience that consisted of managers who are leading teams, hence "complicated or "elaborate"! :icon1:

Hi,

Very well-made PPT. MBTI was informative, and the leadership and the C's were really good. If you could explain how you went about with the desert game as it doesn't seem like a team-building exercise.

If you could elaborate on how you go about making the PPT. I mean, do you read up on books? Because the information came from different places, not just one source, right?

Thanks.

Fantastic presentation. Just one observation, about 3-4 slides in this presentation were lengthy. Packed slides make the viewers lose interest instantly.

I was told during my training certification that there should be not more than 7 lines on a slide and each line should have not more than 7 words. Though I have realized it is not always possible to adhere to this rule, one can stick around this limit.

But good work!! Appreciate it. Cheers :-) Renu

Thanks all for the feedback.

Some of the slides do look cluttered, I agree. Thanks for pointing that out! The desert survival exercise is done first individually and then as a team. The team results should be better. Observations are made on how the team behaved: Did they choose a leader? Did all members contribute? Were suggestions shot down? Was consensus taken? How were arguments handled, etc.

If you want a copy of the exercise and the MBTI quiz, I can email it to you! Most of my material comes from the web itself, but I always customize it and use it selectively based on the type of audience.

Thanks again!

Hello Nooks, It would be better if you’re conscious with the font color, template, cliparts, and animation you’re using. -Maan

Good morning, everyone.

I am studying MBA final year with a specialization in HR. I am planning to do live project work, but I have no idea how to approach it or what emerging project titles are relevant in HR specialization. Therefore, I kindly request your valuable suggestions and guidelines. Which topics are significant in organizations? What would be the best topics to focus on for the project work?

Please share sample projects or previous projects via email to help me understand better: laxmanna1@gmail.com.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,
G. Lax Man
