I would like to add for you, what i believe from my experience is we can not specify the no. of KRA for individual. It depends on the requirment of the company that what they thing. Mostly the one person is taking care of atleast 3-5 areas it may increase to decrease as per requirment. If company dont want to add a manpower they will add the KRA to the employee....!
