Today the dichotomy between the essential skill set required by the industry and the output of the University system requires our attention.I am primarily referring to Talent Management.There is a mismatch between the above two.
Employability is a great concern for many.
Talking about Talent acquisition and management ,many a times I wonder what could be the right matrix to create a competitive edge?
What could be the talent management process like.

The funny thing about talent is that schools don't increase talent.
Yes, schools can increase students' knowledge and skills but not talent.
I've got to leave the office so I don't have the time right now to offer more help.
