I have been asked by our GM to prepare an ID on Feedback Delivery I need your help to build a one day Training program & Material ASAP.
Here is the need.
Subject: Feedback Delivery
Training Duration: 9 Hours
Target Audience: Subject Matter Experts (SME)
Audience Age group: 22 to 26 years
Audience Total work experience: Mostly between 2 to 3.6 years
Exposure to Feedback learning: No Training till date
