From my understanding, you can use clips in Hollywood/Bollywood etc movies in training, as you are acknowledging the source. Particularly if you are doing this in house, rather than as a consultant, there is no 'profit' invloved, so copyright issues do not emerge.
There are to my knowledge a number of film clips/films that can be used.
My personal favourite is Crimson Tide, on leadership, team work and politics in organisations. It is a Hollywood film. The other film that teaches useful lessons is The Wizard of Oz. If you google Movies in Training you will get some interesting ideas.
I am sure friends out there use other film clips too - I would love to hear from them.
Take care
