Hello Anupama,
First of all frustration is not the answer of any of the question you been asked.. moreover if you are happy then where is the place for frustration..?
Keep this aside and concentrate more on your knowledge gathering..
As most of the companies do ask of your current profile and your experiences. Likewise, if you are into generalist profile then you must have came across general grievances and must have handled even, only thing is required to detail it, how you did the same..
Calculation of attrition rate is very simple..
Attrition rate = No. of resign/ Current manpower *100
And am telling you if you have net access then can get each and every answer in this site only.. only required is search..
Wish you all d Best.
Regards,
Amit Seth.
