Dear Friends,
I am new members and very happy to have a chance to know this forum as one site that I can get a help in my job as HR executive of an IT company. I would appreciate if any members can share with me some instruction to build up KPI for employee performance in Software developers as well as team leader. And what difference between KPI and KRA ?

Thank you AJ -Thinkjobz about your documents that is very helpful for me to start setting KPI for employee performance. It really difficult to set KPI to acess the performance of quality objective as change of attitude, change of behavior ect....So please share how to evaluate the quality objective ?
Also could you please to explain more about the file HR work stream (what is Zona level / State level and Store level ? These words is a new concept to me).

It can be defined as
KPI - Key Performance Indicators - where all your primary responsibilities to be convert as numbers and should be achieved as given time frame
KRA - Key Result Area's can be the secondary objectives (mostly organization driven such as vision and mission contribution) procedures to evaluate is based on the Org policy.
