What kind of labour problems, and how is structured the labour Courts in India?

Any dispute relating to employment or non employment and between employees and employer(s) or between employers or between employees can be referred to Labour Courts. Labour Court is one of the authorities under the Industrial Disputes Act for adjudicatio0n/ settlement of labour/ industrial disputes. The other means are Works Committes, Conciliation Officers, Board of Conciliations, Courts of Enquiry, Industrial Tribunal and National Tribunal. The Labour Courts are set up for adjudication of disputes which are specified in the II schedule to the ID Act.
