We are in process of sorting out the used and unused items at Godown and systematically arranging them for effective retrieval.
Hence you all are requested to please identified the used/unused material at godown within this weekend so that we can arrange each item clearly labelled and demarcated and will scrap the unused material.

Salutation/Sir/Madam Unusual letter
Dear Sir,
I believe proper salutation should be used while sending mails to the senior's and small courtesy solves a lot of unwanted frictions in your work.
We address so many unknown personals as "Dear Sir'' why not the persons known to us be
Addressed in the same way.
Farukh should used respectable words for Mr. Pandit.and why does anybody feel small in addressing some body as Sir I think we should call Junior as a Sir if he has something valuable for us to learn.
Let us make a habit of calling Sir then it will be so common for us we wont feel it as a shame.
I would request Mr. Anish to resolve the issue by instructing their team to use proper salutation for seniors in future.

It has been observed that Few Employees are going out of Office during office hours which are strictly restricted.
All manager are requested to please mend this habit of their team because it is ultimately spoiling our office culture.
We have access to camera now and anybody found going out shall be liable for suitable disciplinary action and will be marked as a absent of the day or will bear monetary deduction.
