Respected Seniors..Can i have a clear defination and diffrence between
Performance evaluation, feedback and councelling and its advantages...
According to me The perfect order is
1) Performance evaluation, 2)Feedback, 3) Counseling.
I have made a small presentation on the same but i know its not perfecy so need your support and suggestions to know the sbuject.
