Hold salary :
Dear Sir iam worked as a manager in pharma company and redesigned my job 3 months back but still I have not received my settlement.they are told me : we will deposit next month but 3 months completed but not getting any response from their side.they are not given any appointment letter and payslips.just they will deposit salary on Bank account.
Every month 2 or 3 employees resigned in that company but not settled their settlement.
Iam working there 3 months.in 3 months 13 employees resigned their jobs.
So please understand the company strategy.
So please help me how to proceed the next step......?.
