Greetings of Peace!
EPFO inspection was done of our organization and asked us to pay contribution through ECR for nonenroll employee from April-15 to May-16. I already paid Rs. 186818.00 for 5 months (April-15 to Aug-15).Thereafter, I have also paid Rs. 179369.00 for another 5 months (Sept-15 to Jan-16) but due to online payment, SBI gave back us Banker cheques for the same amount. Now we wish to pay for next 9 months but when we upload ECR, we receive error message: UAN is not linked to your establishment found on line numbers: [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29]. HR consultant told us this the error message for Date Of Joining . We have already enrolled employee from April-16 but now again we can not pay for Sept-15,Oct-15 ..... March-16.for the same employee. Is there any chance to change Profile/ DOJ. pls guide us to how we resolve it and what to do to generate the ECR & ECR Challan
