Leave Dudction Against Half Day Working

plz tell me that if company provide half day and on same day employee asking for leave then how leave calculate for 0.5 days or 01 day

This depends on how your company deals with the issue as matter is relating to company policy. In common parlance they are right in deducting 1 days salary as the half day was a perquisite to those who attend for that half day.

Dear sir,
On a particular day, if company has declared as rules that half day working will be considered for full pay day ,so its just, fair and equitable, not reporting that day , need to be considered ONE full day leave/ absent. Company is right in doing so. .
