I joined Jindal Stainless ltd in 2010 as a Trainee recruited from college campus. I was required to sign a loyalty agreement bond of 4 yrs from 1st July 2010 on completion of which I was entitled for loyalty bonus . I served the company wholeheartedly for 4 yrs and then I moved on to another company on 28th July 2014. Now company is denying me to pay my loyalty bonus on grounds that I am no more loyal to the company . I am free to move or stay after the completion of agreement . Hence I want to go judiciously against them as loyalty bonus means a lot to me. Kindly help . The Agreement copy is attached for your reference .
