Just want to ask your opinion w regard to thes hr issues
sir/mam.:
1. If the income earned is taxable, will it be part of the 13th month pay computation? What if, such income is not included in the computation of 13th mo pay under cba?
2. If a university teacher is paid hourly and his salary is expressed in days, say 100 days, will d national holidays during semestrs included in computation of the 100 days? Or are the teachers not entitled to such natiinal holudays?
3. Can the administrator of a school have the right to ask prc to revoke license if teacher gets out/ resigns within school calendar even if such conditon is not contained in the contract?
4. Can the administrator reduce the monthly salary of a pregnant employee by changing d formula w her actal no.of days rendered instead of a constant divisor?
5. for practices under litigation, can d management continue tl continue such practices?
I am looking forward that u can shed light to these issues. Tnx and more power.

Tnx sir for giving attention to the issues at hand. According to the administrators, d pregnant lady will not work for d the whole semester since she will give birth hence, what she received as salary even if she had more units this sem compared last sem is lower. The computed salary is based on her actual days rendered before her maternity leave and not the usual days of the semester...with regard to d national holidays, the university teacher is not paid during holiday bec acg to the boss, there is no actual teaching during this day...however if there is local holiday like city day, .the boss says its part of the 100 days, hence w pay..i feel that the there is something wrong w hr practices in this school.
