Hi All !
There is much material on the net on how to negotiate salary.
For Junior / Middle Level jobs is there much leeway on this ?
For Junior level jobs I am even sometimes told it will be " as per the job " which , to be frank, I find rather amusing ! Attached says it better, I think :-)
My experience has been generally there is a Salary Structure and only those who fall within it will be made an offer.
What has been yours and what is the practice followed in your Company ?
