I am writing this behalf of my brother. He works at a reputed company and now he is on deputation abroad at client place.
now during his onsite assignment at client location (USA) he got another job offer(USA).
Note: please read attachment which he has signed.
Worry: before accepting current on site assignment he signed some bond documents (attached) .
Question; in current situation can he accept other offer? what are the consequences if he accepts other offer or what precautions he has to take.
Requesting to please help him out so to get a good career ahead.
