The JPA-9 Quadrants Potential and Interest for Career Planning is designed for HR Practitioners in categorizing individuals within the organization on their potential and occupational interest to other career areas within the organization. It is believed that some individuals have the necessary qualification and related experiences towards other career path within the company. The question is how high is their potential and do they have the interest to switch to that career path? In doing a career path for individuals it is best advised that HR practitioners must identify individual's occupational interest with his potential to that career path he is eyeing for.
