We from True Health and Healing. org, conducting Health Workshop for Corporate Professionals which is so important for everyone. It’s a 1 hour and 30 minutes Workshop on How to live a Healthy Life. This seminar will keep your staff happy, healthy, and mentally sharp and focused on the tasks ahead in both their work and personal lives.

About the Workshop:

Too little attention is generally given to the preservation of health. It is far better to prevent disease than to know how to treat it when contracted. The only solution is to educate the people about healthy lifestyle in this modern world.

The state of a person's health is often directly linked to his or her lifestyle. With more and more people aping Western culture, which means a sedentary lifestyle and diets high in salt, fat and calories but low on fibre, vitamins and proteins, degenerative diseases or lifestyle diseases is on rise. This, in turn, is leading to lifestyle diseases such as Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), Diabetics, Heart Disease, Arthritis, Kidney Disease, Chronic stress, Cancer etc.

The True Health and Healing Wellness Program, however, empowers employees in a group setting to become educated, motivated and inspired to make better lifestyle choices. This lifestyle medicine approach then is designed to provide early identification of employees who have, or who are likely to have, chronic diseases and to help them modify and remove the causes of these lifestyle-related diseases. By intervening early and preventing and reversing disease progression, employees can be healthier, happier and more productive, and their job security can be enhanced by reducing medical costs and by improving bottom lines.
