What we need from your business partners?

2) Prior knowledge of recruitment is not necessary as we provide full training to budding entrepreneurs and hone their skills to perfection.

3) Anyone having a telephone / internet connection.

4) Individuals who are doing a regular job can also do it easily by taking out spare time from their schedule.

5) Ideal for educated housewives /college students / senior citizens / women in the field of hr & recruitment / or any ambitious male or female with entrepreneur zeal.

What u need to do?

Well, this is a very easy to understand concept in recruitment where u need to interact with job seekers and clients. You need to coordinate between them and get the candidates or job seekers placed and selected with the client. scheduling the interview of the candidates, who are eligible to appear for interview with the client. We shall not provide u complete back up support and training to make u understand the entire concept and process.

What is your profit share?

The profit share would be 50 % of the total value of the bill. Value of the bill indicates the total number of recruitment or selections carried out by you with a respective client. When a candidate gets selected, the client pays us our professional fees. Your profit share is 50 % of the total professional fees earned by us from the client through your efforts in terms of candidate recruitment's. You can even earn upto 70 % profit with higher recruitment.

How much can u earn?

If u can devote at least 3 - 4 hours in a day sincerely, u can easily earn 20,000 to 25,000 minimum within 45 days of starting this business. We can guarantee this figure if u work with passion and dedication.
