Can any one please suggest me of any certifications that i can do in HR,that can help me to attain my gaols,in detail?

I'm working as a staffing specialist & have 4 yrs of exp in recruitments (IT). Even i'm interested to move into General HR & i'm looking out for short term course on Payroll, Compensation , Benefits. but am unable to find any certification course for short term.

If you are interested in the training field Try enrolling in ISTD. their last date for jan session is Dec 31, 09. Also, i have heard abt salahkaar consultants and they offer specialised courses in PMS, Competency mapping etc, but im not sure if they are well recognised so if anyone knows about them then pls suggest.
