I only joined recently and when I received the newsletter today one of the topics were Conflict Analysis. I am employed by SARS in South Africa and my work is to develop soft skills training manuals. There is 2 manuals that I still need to develop and that is on on Conflict Management and one on Negotiation skills.
Going through your part 7 on Conflict and Negotiation I realised that I would appreciate it if you could be so kind to forward the other 6 parts to my email address. Would I be able to use some of your ideas in my manuals? My email address is below.
